Holiday         Specialty Cakes Princess Cake Genoise brushed with raspberry puree' layered with bavarian cream, topped with whipped cream in a dome shape, and covered in a pale green shell of marzipan. Buche de Noel (Yule Logs) Choice of three kinds to decorate and enhance your holiday table: Chocolate Mousse A light chocolate sponge rolled around    chocolate mousse filling, and iced with      chocolate mousse. Mocha Buttercream Moist devil's food cake rolled around   our own delicious mocha buttercream, and iced with mocha buttercream. Passion Fruit Mousse A light white sponge rolled around our tangy passion fruit mousse filling, and iced with a chocolate canache.                         All logs are decorated with marzipan ends, chocolate "bark"  and candies.

Wonderful to eat, as well as to look at. We have gingerbread house kits too! Stollen A traditional favorite German bread, made with rum-soaked raisins, currants, toasted hazelnuts, orange peel and lemon peel, generously buttered, rolled in vanilla sugar and sprinkled with powdered sugar. Almond Danish Tree Twelve of our delicious danish dough rolls filled with almond paste and arranged in a tree-shaped mold. Panetone Bread An egg-yolk rich Italian bread with raisins and orange peel, baked in a traditional cylindrical-shaped mold, gift-wrapped and ready. Linzer Torte Spicy nutty dough, made of ground almonds, ground hazelnuts, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg, then filled with raspberry jam. Handmade Chocolates Authentic European-style figurines in shapes of Santa, Christmas trees and more! Plus our own truffles in dark, milk, or white chocolate.
