All of the ingredients added to our breads are the FRESHEST possible. Our HEARTH breads are crusty and hearty loaves baked in our hearth oven with NO PRESERVATIVES OR ADDITIVES. Our breads are moist and dense, and our SOURDOUGH is especially tangy, achieved from years' old sourdough starter.
