All of the ingredients added to our breads are the FRESHEST possible. Our HEARTH breads are crusty and hearty loaves baked in our hearth oven with NO PRESERVATIVES OR ADDITIVES. Our breads are moist and dense, and our SOURDOUGH is especially tangy, achieved from years' old sourdough starter. Artichoke and Pesto White flour, barley flour, dough enhancer, artichoke, monterey jack cheese, pesto, salt, and yeast. Birotte (Country French) White Flour, barley flour, dough enhancer, salt and yeast, topped with sourdough starter. *Challa White and barley flour, oil, sugar, egg yolks, salt, yeast, and malt. Topped with sesame seeds, poppy seeds, or plain. *Cinnamon Raisin White flour, barly flour, salt, yeast and malt filled with a swirl of brown sugar, honey, and butter *Harvest Bread Carrots, raisins, walnuts and celery in a 6-grain flour mix. Moonside White White flour, salt, yeast, sugar, butter, and malt. Nine-Grain Sourdough FAT FREE White flour, barley flour, fermented natural sour starter, salt, and 9-grain organic cereal. Orange Walnut White flour, barley flour, sugar, eggs, butter, orange peel, walnuts, salt, yeast, and malt. *Raisin White flour, barley flour, sugar, eggs, butter, golden raisins, salt, yeast. Topped with fresh rosemary and garlic. Rye Rye flour, white flour, ORGANIC rye flakes, natural fermented rye starter, walnuts, salt and yeast. Six Grain Wheat flour, barley flour, crushed rye, rye flour, oat meal, corn meal, linseed, millet, sesame seed, natural sour, salt and malt. ALL SOURDOUGHS ARE: white flour, barley flour, fermented natural sour starter, and salt Sourdough Baguette FAT FREE White flour, barley flour, dough enhancer, salt and yeast. Sourdough Loaf White flour, barley flour, dough enhancer, salt, and yeast. Topped with sesame seeds or plain.
